Computer Leasing


IT Services offers 36-month lease agreements for University standard configured computers. Leasing offers several advantages, including a single point of contact for installation and support, flexible annual or monthly payment plans, asset management documentation, planned obsolescence which allows for regular computer replacement, and removal and disposal of old equipment. All leased equipment will be collected at the end of the 36-month term. An IT Services representative will contact clients to discuss new equipment lease options prior to the end of the term.

Please note: the equipment-leasing contract is separate from the Fee-Based Support contract and is not subject to the same renewal schedule. Fee-based Support contracts are renewable on a yearly basis, with cancellation on a yearly basis only. See the Standard Leasing Agreement for more information.
