UChicago Mobile App Challenge: Finalists Announced
Wondering if you should get a puppy? Need to keep up on the latest research in Family Medicine, but don't have the time? Want to improve your public speaking privately?
The three finalists of the 2013-2014 UChicago Mobile App Challenge have an app for that.
The Puppy Test - Artur Grabowski, Chicago Booth
PURLs - Kate Rowland, MD, Department of Family Medicine
Oratoria - Brian Geddes, Chicago Booth
This year’s contest saw 141 entries, an increase from last year. And, after multiple rounds of judging and review, 18 apps had been selected. Now in the final phase, the Oratoria, Puppy Test, and PURLs app ideas will be built out through the App Challenge Internship program. On May 29, the finalists will meet at the New Venture Challenge to present their apps. One finalist will be awarded $10,000!
